About Me

For over 25 years, I’ve served in ministry locally and globally walking with pastors, staff teams, and Kingdom nonprofits through seasons of growth and change. My journey has taken me from small-town churches to cross-cultural contexts and into mega churches and large national organizations… all deepening my conviction that no one should face transition alone and often transition is the crucible of growth.

We are made in God’s image and have been given creative potential to influence the Kingdom-come. I want to empower flourishing, with individualized faith-based coaching, supporting leaders in their God-given talents and stories.
