Howdy!

During the 2020 pandemic, I began my coaching journey with The Coach Model course and received my ACC ICF certificate in 2021. For 20 years, I have Ioved listening, developing, and coaching others on their way into new phases. As a youth pastor’s second in Kansas, a goer to the unreached in Central Asia, and a trainer of goers in Texas, I cultivated a heart of curiosity. Asking questions and being interested in others was fun! To discover what makes people tick, I soon realized that there is no “us vs. them” in God’s economy. Like 2 Corinthians 5 reminds us, we are all spiritual beings, and as such, I was enamored by the idea that all God-designed humans were carrying their own unique reflection of His Kingdom. I want to discover that in every person I meet!

I currently call Central Virginia home, and after living in multiple states and overseas, my greatest desire is to help individuals in ministry transition. Crucial to this process was the foundation of Launch Global in 2014. As a network of churches, Launch Global trained goers to the unreached, both in cross-cultural ministry skills as well as coaching their minds and hearts for culture shock and spiritual upheaval. During this time, I was a support coach for 20+ staff and supervised women leaders, coaching their professional development. In 2022, I was hired by Grace Bible Church as their Anderson campus women’s ministry coordinator. I was honored to coach and equip leaders of all varieties, both lay and staff.

Threshold was born in 2025 as a response to the growing need for care in the transition spaces. If I can help you, your church, or organization, I’d love to talk!
